We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address at registration. For payment verification, we may also collect identifiers linked to your UPI handle, Paytm wallet or PhonePe account, along with KYC documents where required by law.

We share data only with partners who help us operate the platform — payment processors, identity verification providers and hosting services. We do not sell your data. All third parties we work with are bound by data processing agreements aligned with applicable privacy law.

After account closure we retain records for the minimum period required by applicable law in the jurisdictions where we operate. Financial transaction data linked to UPI and Paytm is kept for the statutory minimum and then deleted or anonymised.
